MelkDairy.com (A Unit of Ganpati Fruit Company) Customer Agreement, This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and MelkDairy.com (A Unit of Ganpati Fruit Company) (sole owner of its brand “MelkDairy.com”) that states the terms and conditions under which you may receive the MelkDairy.com (A Unit of Ganpati Fruit Company) Service and use the MelkDairy.com (A Unit of Ganpati Fruit Company) Web site (”MelkDairy.com“).

You agree to these terms & conditions when using the MelkDairy.com (A Unit of Ganpati Fruit Company) Service. The MelkDairy.com (A Unit of Ganpati Fruit Company) Service is a transaction, information and communication service available to authorized users (“customers”) who access MelkDairy.com . MelkDairy.com currently provides an online Fruits & Vegetables shopping and delivery service through its Whatsapp Service, and may in the future provide additional shopping and related services. MelkDairy.com‘s employees, agents or designers will purchase/ shop/ pack and deliver product orders placed with the MelkDairy.com Service. Prices of products sold online may differ from those in retail stores. Delivery will be made to the delivery address that you specify when you confirm your order. Prices for products you place in your cart will be guaranteed for the transaction. Payment for groceries and associated shopping and delivery fees is due at the time of delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and pay for deliveries at the specified time of delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive and pay for the order. If MelkDairy.com cannot deliver your order, or must make an additional delivery because no one is at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the specified time, or wrong address / details given to us by you, will be assessed an additional fee. If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item purchased through the MelkDairy.com Service, you may call customer service at the time of receiving your order. MelkDairy.com ‘s liability for missing a delivery is limited to delivery at a later agreed time at no additional charge. It is important to mention here that MelkDairy.com (A Unit of Ganpati Fruit Company) is only a Service Provider and does not manufacture any products.

Pricing : All the products listed on MelkDairy.com and/or on Whatsapp Catalogue will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time applicable prices at the time of placing an order. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food do change on a daily basis which would be updated almost immediately on the portal.

Cancellation Policy : As a policy, we do not cancel any order; customer can cancel their orders placed on the portal. However, if the address given is not in our delivery list of areas as specified or due to any other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel the order. Please note: If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. Products will be delivered subject to availability in the stock.

Refunds (if any) for orders will be provided within 7 days.

MelkDairy.com is a service provider company, hence orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Product Images on MelkDairy.com : Product Images are for representation purpose only and may differ from the actual product in size, colour, shape etc.

Packing is included in rates.

NOTE: Total Payable Amount may vary depending upon the ACTUAL WEIGHT of the Product(s) ordered by the customer. Our Online system may send email with amount calculated as per general weight system (e.g. 250g, 500g, 1Kg etc.) of the products but the actual amount will be calculated on the basis of actual weight of product only and Physical Invoice will have all the actual calculation an actual payable amount.

Orders placed till 11.59 PM (Indian Standard Time), will be delivered on our next working day of order date and the price of the ordered items will change as per the next day’s price.

Delivery will be made between 8am to 2pm for orders received on the previous business day.

Minimum Order Amount for Delivery is ₹300.

All products/items weight includes packing.

MelkDairy.com (A Unit of Ganpati Fruit Company) are just the service provider of the products/services offered by us. We are not the producers of the mentioned products in our website.

Weight of the products is inclusive of packaging.

Cleaning of any items/products will be done only after measuring the weight.

Milk Products are to be consumed within the same day of the delivery and these products must be kept refrigerated until consumed.

Dispute Resolution: Jurisdiction: You specifically consent to submit any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions/User agreement to the jurisdiction of courts of Delhi, India.

Grievance Redressal
Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the below mentioned contact details via in writing or through email signed with the electronic signature.
